General support
Tell us what happened, which game you were playing, and what browser or device you were on. Never send us your password or private sign-in or room-access information, and we will never ask you for them.
Privacy requests
Subject line "Privacy request". Use this to ask for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to ask a question about our Privacy Policy. Tell us which account you mean. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will answer within the period the law allows.
Safety and moderation
Subject line "Safety". Use the in-game report button where you can, since it attaches the relevant context automatically. Email us if you cannot use it, if you are appealing a suspension, or if the matter is urgent. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Copyright
Subject line "Copyright complaint". See the Copyright complaints section of our Terms of Service for what to include.
Security reports
Subject line "Security report". Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately, with the affected area, the impact, and steps to reproduce. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly. We appreciate the people who do this.
