Keep identities honest
Do not impersonate Roundcade staff, another player, a public figure, or a payment representative. Official authority badges are assigned by Roundcade and cannot be purchased or copied.
Protect accounts and payments
Never ask for another player's password, email code, authenticator code, recovery link, or payment credentials. Report suspicious links, fake giveaways, and anyone claiming they can edit a balance privately.
Compete fairly
Do not use automation, hidden-information tools, exploits, collusion, intentional disconnects, or multiple accounts to manipulate a match, ranking, reward, or another player.
Report evidence, not rumors
Use the in-product report path closest to the problem. Reporting a specific lobby message preserves the server's copy as evidence. False or retaliatory reports can themselves be reviewed.

Quietly hide a player's text from your view. They are not notified.

Separate both players across profiles, social contact, invitations, and public matchmaking.

Send a reason and optional context to Roundcade's moderation queue. Use message reporting when the content itself is the evidence.

Change your password and revoke unfamiliar sessions. Roundcade staff will never ask for your password or MFA code.
