Play hard. Keep it human.

Roundcade gives players direct control over unwanted contact and sends credible reports into an accountable moderation flow.

Community standard

The rules at every table

01

Play the game, not the person

Competition, bluffing, and playful banter belong in the game. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, targeted humiliation, and repeated unwanted contact do not.

02

Keep identities honest

Do not impersonate Roundcade staff, another player, a public figure, or a payment representative. Official authority badges are assigned by Roundcade and cannot be purchased or copied.

03

Protect accounts and payments

Never ask for another player's password, email code, authenticator code, recovery link, or payment credentials. Report suspicious links, fake giveaways, and anyone claiming they can edit a balance privately.

04

Compete fairly

Do not use automation, hidden-information tools, exploits, collusion, intentional disconnects, or multiple accounts to manipulate a match, ranking, reward, or another player.

05

Report evidence, not rumors

Use the in-product report path closest to the problem. Reporting a specific lobby message preserves the server's copy as evidence. False or retaliatory reports can themselves be reviewed.

Report

Send a reason and optional context to Roundcade's moderation queue. Use message reporting when the content itself is the evidence.

Immediate danger

Roundcade is not an emergency service.

If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. You may also report the relevant Roundcade account or message so the platform can preserve and review available evidence.
