The objective

What you are trying to do

Score more than the table by building valid words from one shared letter rack, then collect the required round wins.

01

Read the rack

Everyone receives the same six- or seven-letter bag, so the contest is recognition and speed rather than luck.

02

Build and submit

Use only the available letters, submit words of three letters or more, and keep searching while the clock runs.

03

Take the match

Longer words and a full-rack word score more. The round leader earns one win toward the host's match target.

Complete rules for Anagram Rush

These are the disclosed rules used by the room—not a simplified summary that changes once the match begins.

  1. 01

  2. 02

  4. 04

Longer words score more, and using every letter earns a bonus.

  5. 05

Highest score when time runs out wins the round. First to the target round wins takes the match.

Before your first match

Three useful habits

01

Bank obvious short words early before hunting the long answer.

02

Rearrange the rack mentally around common endings such as -ed, -er, and -ing.

03

A full-rack word earns a bonus, but only chase it after securing safe points.
