Pusoy Dos
Filipino Big Two - shed your whole hand, dos is the highest card.
What you are trying to do
Shed your entire hand first by beating the table with a legal combination of the same size.
Open with 3♣
The holder of the 3 of clubs starts the first pile and must include it in the opening play.
Beat or pass
Play a higher single, pair, trips, or five-card hand of the same size. Passing locks you out until the pile resets.
Win the hand and session
Empty your hand to take the round, then apply Single, Best of 3, or Matira Matibay scoring.
Complete rules for Pusoy Dos
These are the disclosed rules used by the room—not a simplified summary that changes once the match begins.
- 01
Everyone is dealt cards. The player with the 3 of clubs leads first and must include it.
- 02
On your turn, play a higher combo of the SAME size as the table (single, pair, trips, or a 5-card poker hand) - or pass.
- 03
Ranks run 3 (low) up to 2 (high). Suits break ties: clubs < spades < hearts < diamonds.
- 04
Filipino house rules: flushes are compared by SUIT first (diamond flush beats heart beats spade beats club), then top card.
- 05
Straights follow the rank order, so J-Q-K-A-2 is the highest run and the lowest is 3-4-5-6-7. There is no A-2-3-4-5.
- 06
Once you pass, you are out until the pile resets. When everyone else passes, the last player wins the pile and leads any new combo.
- 07
First player to empty their hand wins.
- 08
RULESET - Classic: the faithful rules above. Quick: 9 cards each, so a hand ends sooner. Bomba: four of a kind beats ANY five-card table, even a straight flush.
- 09
SESSION - Single round, Best of 3 (first to two hands), or Matira Matibay (3 lives each, last player standing wins).

Three useful habits
Plan how to unload awkward singles before spending your strongest control cards.
Remember Roundcade's disclosed suit order and suit-first flush comparison.
In Bomba, preserve four of a kind when it can break a five-card table that would otherwise control the pile.
